Hida Sangyo has launched the Alignment Project, a joint industry-academia-government research and development project for chairs that are easy on the lower back. The Alignment Chair developed by Hida Sangyo was designed to alleviate the burden on the lower back when getting up and sitting down, as well as to provide sitting comfort. The chair is available in two types, the normal type and the Flykline 360° type, in which the seat surface moves in accordance with the user’s body, depending on the individual symptoms.
